Scratch/Abrasion Test Model 6891
 
Model 6891 makes scratches on the paintings of a printed circuit board. An isolation test is then conducted on the subject.
 
Specification of the Equipment
1.  A sharp steel pin makes scratches of the paint
2.  The pin has a pneumatic/electric drive for constant speed of 20mm/second
3. The printed circuit board is mounted on a x/y table with fixing devices
4. The pin is put in position for scratching the first line
5. By putting a mechanical valve in position “TEST” the pin will move with a constant speed up to 100 mm and then stop at the mechanical stop
6. The pin and weight are taken away and the mechanical valve is put in the “RETURN” position. The cylinder then moves back to the start position
7. Weight is 10 N
8. Then to make the next scratch by adjusting x/y table further 5 mm position. The procedure is repeated
9. Weight: App. 10 kg
10. Dimensions: App. 600x400x400 mm (LxWxH)
11. Supply: Air supply 6 bar 230 VAC 50/60 Hz
