德国PTL软线弹性试验机

通过来回移动软电线的PTL软线弹性试验机，根据

 任务：

软电线必须是能够正常使用并且能够承受弯曲移动。这个在实际应用的压力是模仿通过测试例如60000次的负载周期。

试验样品在形成两个相反方向后会以规定的半径弯曲。为达此目的，应该把选中的电缆拉到来回移动的输送器的两个滑轮上。

试验机测试

PTL软线弹性试验机适用于通过滑轮直径达200mm的压力。输送器配备了循环滚珠轴承衬，可以在坚硬的磨制的导轨上运行。根据这个标准，它通过循环链来驱动。带有滚珠轴承的连接杆用来连接传动链上的输送器。这些特点使输送器的操作没有松懈，容易维修而且相当安静。

系上和移动样品：

PTL软线弹性试验机已经设计要求了电缆的系上和移动时间在测试时尽可能的小。即使是在多个测试机器的情况下，也没有必要使电缆交织在一起。

桌子有侧槽，所有使样品固定装入的夹具都被设计成没有变换零件，夹具有16种不同的开口以适用于不同的形状和不同尺寸的电缆，可通过滚花螺母紧缩，有可能快速替换滑轮。

软性弹性试验机通过来回弯曲电缆来测试软电线和电缆的机械耐久性。

标准设备：

1            输送器，带有循环滚珠轴承衬，在桌子下面的两个圆柱导轨上运行，有安装好的转动吊杆。

2            齿轮发动机与连接杆组成链驱动输送器，达到0.33m/s±5%的速度。

3            由侧滑轮支撑，凹槽滑轮可调节。

4            一组螺母和滚珠轴承固定滑轮

5            一组砝码，详情见F 43/3

6            一组抑制夹当做是限制样品的移动点。

7            一组终端节点来连接样品

8            底盘，有一个前门两个侧门，有加固桌面的夹具，有存放配件的支架

9            聚碳酸酯窗格玻璃防护罩，通过气压弹簧缓解重负，电子开启驱动和关闭。

10        侧门和防护罩使用门触点开关

11        电流加载装置，详情看F 43/3

12        电子开关和控制器有总开关，应急断电可锁定开关，预设计数器同样有”I”和”O”按钮。

钢板结构，涂白色油漆是灰色亮点，较小的钢板零件会磨光或者镀镍，坚硬磨制的圆柱导轨，操作使用3×400V50Hz或者60Hz
